Formed in the late 80's, Brooklyns TYPE O NEGATIVE left an enduring blemish on metal with their unique brand of heavy, doom-laden gothic rock. From the early savage outbursts of their embryotic hardcore act CARNIVORE, right through their 21 year expansive history and jeweled discography, the band laid the groundwork for some of the finest choruses, seediest subject-matter and deepest vocals around.
