Mine:

Pestilence - Resurrection Macabre
Kreator - Hordes Of Chaos
Riverside - Anno Domini High Definition

Looking forward to the new Porcupine Tree and Katatonia albums!

Can not get into this album. I keep listening to it, and I try to pay attention, but there's just too much going on all the damn time.

You suck Terry. One of the best tech death albums I've heard in years.

For me:
Drudkh - Microcosmos
Suffocation - Blood Oath
Gorod - Process of a New Decline

Haven't heard much from this year yet but nothing I've heard comes close to these three albums. Also new Claim the Throne album will be local album of the year, hands down.

cattle decapitation- the harvest floor (Jan)

agoraphobic nosebleed- agorapocalypse (April)

something new from glassjaw might be out this year, so that will probably be 'album of 2009' (maybe 2010 at the rate they release albums though)
