Little known fact - Les Paul was also the first to develop many recording techniques we take for granted today, such as overdubbing, delay and phasing effects, and importantly, multi-track recording.

Yeah.... He was an innovative guy! I love Les Paul guitars.... they have such a great tone.
I bought my brother the Les Paul 'Chasing Sound' DVD documentary this year and I have been really keen to borrow it off him so I can watch it.
It talks about his many inventions and recording innovations, among other things.

Always a shame when a legend in their respective field passes away,  although at least he can't complain about his lifespan. 94 years is a heck of an effort, and I've gotta admit I'm a tad jealous.

If I see his spirit lingering around first base then I'll have a chat, for sure.

Les wouldn't get stuck on first base, Lou.

Proof it's better to be a rock star.

You got stuck on first in life, was my point. He sure didn't. Look at the difference in life span!

Lost in translation I guess.

I may have tragically succumbed to my very own disease but I live on at Yankee Stadium through Western Front! I don't see Les Paul posting posthumously anywhere on this forum :eyebrows:
