It's from some retro 80's techno outfit by the name of Goldfrapp. Which has a bunch of blackmetal dudes doing aerobic excersizes. The video itself is pretty much a cheesy rippoff from olivia Newton Johns Physical. I view this as a direct insult to Blackmetaller and Metal heads in general.

How is it an insult? It's a parody via way of ridiculous juxtaposition. Nosaj, do you get all huffy when you watch Spinal Tap or Metalocalypse because it portrays metal heads as bone-headed simpletons? Or is it OK because the creators "understand" metal ::)
PS: Goldfrapp's Felt Mountain is a masterpeice.
