AUSSIE EURO TOUR 2010

European festivals map!

Preparations of the Odyssey, in as much as buying a plane ticket, should start being put in motion if you're keen to head over to Europe for another fine summer of metal, beer and hangin' out with sick cunts!

Here's a quick run-down of the festivals that are a mix of the familiar and some new ones I've heard about in the past month or two that might be worth checking out.

There is also no way that I'm typing out all the bands playing at all these festivals. If you're interested, click the damn link :P I'm also missing a fair few festivals, but I'll add to it later to make it a more.

I thought last year was the final Kaltenbach Fest?

Yeah PartySan festival area was so fucked out last year, great lineup though. Apparantly this year is at an old Army base or something about 50km's from Bad Berka? sounds cool to me :headbang:

Brisbane's Disentomb are playing at Mountains of Death fyi, so if anyone is going to that, show some support for Aussie Death Metal's finest!

theres 3 of us doing Wacken and Party San this year - if you see someone wandering around in a Perth Glory shirt, come up and say hello!
did Wacken and Brutal Assault last year...BA has a brilliant line up, just very poory organised.  they had a print out of all the names of people who bought tickets (yes, a print out, not on computer) and couldnt find me on there, ended up having to buy another ticket at the gate.  not happy!

we were camped in the area near the shower blocks last year, will most likely head back to the same place this year.  booked into the A&O Hauptbanhof in Hamburg for the sunday and monday before we head out, was pretty much full of black shirts last time.  couple of nights running amok on the Reeperbahn before the metal starts  ;D
