Guitar guy, driven but laid back. if I didn;t enjoy it I wouldn't do it., but fuck. It's metal right.
I am not really into the "hey come over to my house and watch me play Children of Bodom covers".. I'm looking for original thinking to develop a sound and have a blast doing it. Hang out in the studio, pass the awkward new stage as quickly as possible and get cracking. I like sessions to be productive but relaxed.
I like folk, melodic death, power, viking, prog and black metals... I listen to most of everything, but I don't really like anything American styles, no issue with the place, just the sound isn't my thing. I don't care about 'making it' but I do care about playing live and all the associated awesomeness.
I don't care about structure of the band or talent, you probably need ok gear, nothing fancy, but it wants to go loud. I have no time frame, i don't care if i'm playing till i'm Janick Gers old. I don't care if you're young or old, just as long as you don't talk or think immaturely. I'm not after a scene, or recognition. I just miss collaboration and getting amped on ideas and thrilled on fruition.
I ask that you be reliable and show up, be ambitious and trustworthy, say what you mean and mean what you say, but not elitist and rude.
