Have you thought about an email subscription/mailing list?

1st issue in print/flyer/available online as your 'teaser'/advertising; if people are interested they can recieve subsequent issues in .pdf by email.
It would save on print costs and you'd have individual delivery, not to mention an accumulating fan base (once you subscribe to something, who can really be fucked unsubscribing if it's not something you get every day/week?).  I guess this would really depend on making that first issue Very professional and appealing.

There's definitely enough material in the WF forums to fill pages - it just needs someone to go through and filter out all the bullshit, so people who don't have time to trawl/read these forums can still get a gist of what is going on in the Perth metal scene (without all the bitching and bickering...).

Jez: If you're after anything specific I'm happy to have a dig through my parents' store room next time I'm there.  (Although I am kind of tempted to keep the majority of it - sentimental value and all.)

OMG  we used to have so much lego when I was a kid.  Our city filled up a whole room and included all the necessities (airport, petrol stations, race track, cop shop, roads, trains, outer space, pirate ship.  Shit I think we even had planes hanging from the ceiling.)
...unfortunately as we got older it got left to its own devices and the inhabitants went a bit nuts.



Fuck I miss that shit.
