Since the KRAKDOWN discography has been taking forever and won't be out until some time next year we decided to released a 1 time pressing of a 7 inch.


Krakdown started in 1985 playing shows mostly around Long Island and CBGB's. It wasn't long before they became an integral part of the fledgling New York hardcore scene. The KRAKDOWN line up changed a bunch of times and band members also spent time in TOKEN ENTRY, CRUMBSUCKERS, GREY AREA, IN YOUR FACE, and more.

This record contains the self titled ep released on Common Cause plus 2 other studio tracks. This studio version of "Krakdown" has never been leaked or released.

New art work picked out by Richie (Krakdown) himself. This is a limited 7 inch that will not be repressed. Only 500 copies all on color vinyl.

This is volume 1 in 4 part limited seven inch series dedicated to KILL YOUR IDOLS. This edition contains 6 bands that consist of friends and fans paying tribute. KYI played all around the world with all kinds of different styles in our underground world. This was put together the same way, diverse including many different styles of Punk and Hardcore. Each band has chosen to cover the song that means the most to them. The liner notes include some kind words about KYI from every band on the comp. Tracks from BACKTRACK, RUST BELT LIGHTS (x Dead Hearts / Daggermouth), VIOLENT SOCIETY, SEASICK, BULLET TREATMENT, and OFFSIDES (x No Harm Done / Make or Break). After all 4 volumes are released owners of all 4 can put them together and form the KYI logo. Limited to this one pressing ever, never to be repressed!

Originally formed featuring members of current New England area bands Verse and Learn, MELTDOWN is the warped product of one Pauly Edge, Final Word   Fanzine creator. And while most hardcore bands are mixing pop-punk into their sound in order to appeal to the masses, Meltdown resists this, taking
a base blueprint of hardcore with influences like the Cro-Mags and the
almighty Integrity, which is a pretty good place to start, and adding thrash
and metal to the mix, reminiscent of (old) Metallica and Anthrax.  The potent mixture serves the band well, with Pauly?s lyrics serving up world apocalyptic views. ON LIMITED COLOR VINYL.
 
EAST COAST PANIC / LINE OF FIRE split 7 inch
East Coast Panic have ex:members of THE PIST,Vomit Punx, Mankind and ect.  They play fast agressive streetpunk w/ female (jen) and male (Al Pist)vocals. Line Of Fire play fast in your face hardcore with a few breakdowns. All unreleasd songs from both bands.
 
MILLENIAL REIGN bones dust nothing 7 inch
Millenial Reign was a short-lived side project featuring Damian from Fucked
Up on vocals and Jordan from No Warning/Terror on guitar. 4 tracks of
awesome Integrity worship. Missing no details, they remembered to include everything from the the epic power ballad moments to the subtle whisper tracks.  THIS IS ON LIMITED PURPLE MARBLE VINYL. Comes with a digital download card!!!

After releasing their demo last year, Unlearn returns with 5 new songs.
Taking notes from the 90s metalcore founders while adding raw aggression.  The anger expressed throughout the lyrics doesn't get much more sincere than this. Comes w/ digital download, 2 DIFFERENT COLORS AVAILABLE.

2011 we welcome SOLDIERS to the family!

More then a decade of going to shows together we finally get to team up with our Long Island friends SOLDIERS.  We will be releasing a 5 song 7? After a brief hiatus SOLDIERS is back and more fierce than ever with their new 5 song ep ?Hit the Bricks? to be released as a 7? (with download)  early 2011 on Long Islands own  State of Mind Recordings.  Unrelenting and unapologetic hardcore from Long Island stalwarts.  SOLDIERS has once again drawn the line in the sand.

Other STATE OF MIND RECORDINGS news

COMPOUND will have its demo released on a 1 sided 7? features guest vocals by INCENDIARY (some will be silk screened on the B side).  This will be limited to 1 pressing only.  We still have a few of the un mastered version available on Cassette.  If you have not heard them yet X up and come see them in NY 2/13 with The Rival Mob, Stick Together, and Give.

ANCHOR had a great US tour with RIVER CARD and UNRESTRAINED.  The LP pre order is just about over and we also have a couple copies of the limited tour version of the lp that was left over.  Also check out our ANCHOR merch.  The LP will be in store late Feb.

REVIVER ?Potential Wasteland? MCD has been out for a little bit and we have shirts, posters, and stickers available but we are happy to say the 7? is going into press this month..  So it should be out in the early half of 2011 and they plan on hitting the road around the same time.

DEAD HEARTS ?A Death in the Family? 7? with digital download coupon is out in stores and distros all over.  If you don?t pick it up from us we recommend using INTER PUNK or REV.  The limited cd version (w bonus tracks) will be out this year, along with some cool limited posters.  If you only want a digital format head on over to our band camp page

RUST BELT LIGHTS is releasing a new record with Paper + Plastic and it kicks butt!
They are on tour with Such Gold this month then they go out with I CALL FIVES (no sleep) for Feb and March.  Check these guys out, they work super hard and are awesome dudes.  We still have a few shirts left over and some copies of the ?Lone Gone?  7?  but it?s the version that was released in Europe.  The US version we released is out of print but we will repress it later in the year.  There are still some places that have copies.

T.A.E.A. had mentioned playing a reunion show, waiting on more news.
