NERD/GAMER/GEEK ALERT - MMORPG WARNING

I know this may not apply to many people here but someone may wana take part in this.. So if I score one person this topic isnt wasted.

Hey Guys

I would like to take the time to tell you about a MMORPG that has taken alot of hours away from me every one of them awesome.

Ultima Online is one of the original MMORPG's to hit the scene back in the early 90's. Originally a Pay to Play service the game has been adapted over the years and now runs on privatley hosted shards around the world.

Perth has had Zulu Hotel Australia for many years and has had its ups and downs.
Recently after a couple of years silence the shard was reborn and is now availble to play for free.

Hosted locally with minimal latency issues (runs on "capped" internet fine) Zulu Hotel Australia V boasts a strong playerbase and a fully spawned universe full of adventure.

Choose from one of 6 Classes (Warrior,Mage,Ranger,Theif,Bard or Crafter) or if you cant, roll them all into one and be a Power Player. All with there own stats, bonuses and items. PVP is always on and the chance to loose everything is always on the line as your inventory is always at risk of being stolen if you were to die! This may sound horrible but the added risk element of this game makes for some of the most exciting moments! No more stopping with the epics (al-la WoW)

Own your own house,Run your own guild and complete quests in order to reach the top of a constantly changing fantasy universe.Visit the major cities of the world, visit mystical shrines, horrific dungeons or just spend your days providing armor and weapons for the masses and turn over a high profit, there really isnt much you cant do.

The reason I mention this now is that a new round is beginning in mid July, this means all items that have been collected (including houses!) will be deleted and the hunt begins once more.

So Im encouraging anyone who is interested to get into it today! Get a feel for the game and learn its ins and out so when the entire playerbase is back on even terms come out firing and get into it.

Pics due soon but its a pretty modern (shiny finishings, downlights rendered walls all that jazz) 2x1 unit on Morley drive (2 blocks from Maccas  :P) Really central to most things circle root stops out the front 10 mins from Stirling Station another 10 to the city. Good complex brand new carports and plenty of visitors ones for your mates.

Contact the agent direct to organize a viewing.
$315 p/w $1260 Bond.

If a WF'er rents this I pledge a carton as a house-warming gift.

Thanks People.

« on: August 14, 2009, 06:07:53 PM »
Hey Guys

I have missed Amon Amarth previously and am really keen to see them live in Perth..
I shot off an email to the email listed on their website and got this back recently:

"Hi Justin,
we are planning a tour in Australia, but yet we don?t know when.
But I hope it will happen before summer 2010.

Cheers
Carlos

Betreff: Australian Tour ?

To Whom It May Concern

I am a massive fan of the band and am wondering if you guys are making
any plans to tour Australia (Perth WA specifically)  in the near
future ?
Any information would be much appreciated

Cheers
Justin"

Not really sure if he ment their summer or ours and its nothing concrete but it could be something worth getting excited about! So much international metal flowing through the country at the moment i wouldnt be surprised.

Playing a unique brand of Viking Metal, the band has amassed a loyal fan base and continues to earn praise from the metal community. In 2008 the band released their most recent effort Twilight Of The Thunder God to critical acclaim and the strongest sales of their illustrious career.

Returning to our shores for only the second time, the Viking Metal legends will be back in November 2009 to prove once again why they are at the forefront of a genre. Don't miss the chance to witness a tour that will be talked about for years to come!
