Kick arse! Missed Isis and Meshuggah when they were here, and fucking awesome to see Clutch on the bill too.

Looking forward to Faith No More...kind of expected to see them and/or Jane's Addiction on the BDO line-up, cool to see Soundwave snagged them.

Those who went to Europe this year have only been back a couple of weeks but it's never too early to start planning! So, who will be going next year? Anyway, this thread will be up-dated accordingly so be sure to check back to keep yourself motivated with the latest additions to the festival line-ups (hoping to finally make it this year), and I'm sure the Euro Tour veterans can help with questions anyone may have.

Western Australia / Re: This Week on ANGER MANAGEMENT...
« on: April 04, 2007, 02:21:49 AM »
I guess Today Is The Day could be described as experimental/alternative metal ... it's also the band Derek Roddy is now playing in.

Beyond Mortal Dreams!  :headbang:

Terrorust - Post Mortal Archives

Sick shit, definitely one of the best Aussie releases this year ... think Damaged's trademark hatecore sound but more extreme.

Gorod - Leading Vision

Progressive/technical death/grind from France. This is their new album, it's out next week through Williowtip Records ... there's two tracks (Thirst For Power and Chronicle From The Stone Age) you can check out on their My Space page. For fans of Neuraxis, Necrophagist, Deviant, Meshuggah, Textures, etc.

I though their last album Neurotripsicks was great ... this new one sounds pretty sweet too.

I assume Daz must have convinced/proved to them that the Perth scene and Australian metal in general is starting to "take off" (again).  8)
