omfggggggggggggggI saw Dennis typing stuff about this tour very early this year. I'm really bummed they're not coming to Perth... Have to book more flights now.
They're playing in Adelaide and not Perth? AAAARGH such short notice!
OMFGGGGGGGGGGGGG
Downer - Grater ScrapeKiller album! Still one of my top Perth metal bands ever.... 'Swell' was amazing too. I wish they'd do a re-union or something.
1994
Please make this available in a monophonic tone for my less than poncey mobile. Is it a Nokia? Go in to 'composer' mode and just mash the keypad with your tongue/breast or whatever you like.... it should sound about right!!
Extortion & and maxi p for suport again pleaseYes please!!
I have Allegiance cd's. I even have a video somewhere.I have a signed Allegiance 'Studio Live' cassette... I think I might use it in my answering machine...
I'd still jump his bonesLoving Pete was like loving the dead (was like fucking the dead)*
more photos of pete in his heyday please.Oh yeah.... buff photos; that's a waaaay better way to remember him rather than listening to all the fantastic, mind-blowing music he made during his life.
this is the only way we can get through this. all of us. together.
This was done about 10 years ago by Danny Estrin and Clayton (original WF 'inventor').Still got mine Now.... nap time!!
The other old folks here should have a copy at home somewhere
Ah, awesome! Yeah... I remember having a lot of laughs with those guys during recording... definately good dudes!!I went to TAFE with Caddis' drummer, Stu (fucking great guy!)I caught up with Stu, Mark and Miro at Soundwave
All still great guys
Uh, Care to list a few kick arse deathmetal bands who don't have a myspace, do you?It is soooooooooooooooooooo cute when blackmetal bands have Myspace.
and death metal bands with myspace pages is sooooooooo br00tal!!!
The thing I liked most about this album is reviewing it. The boys from Cuntscrape have created something so twisted and unethical that the nastier I write about them, the better the review. That's awesome man... Very tasty review
you're a poof mateI love it when you crawl up inside me!
I can't believe I'm hearing this! Metalers complaining about metal being too fast! Next thing you'll be complaining local metal is to loud or heavy!!I don't really "complain" about it.... but think some bands have gotten too fast... too technical. It's lost the "human" element.
I read a book which told the story of how Roadrunner bought that piece to have as stock art for an album, and it was promised to Sepultura for BTR album (hence Igor's sleeve tatt of the eyeball).... then they threw a curve ball and chucked it on Obituary's album. Probably suites the Obituary album better, in terms of matching image with sound. Igor must have been pissed, though, at the time!!
I also think this is an awesome album cover.
Best of the heavier metal covers for sure. When we hung out with Trevor the day after the last show, he was telling us how they came across the art work and the whole story about how they snapped it up.
Don't be a poonce, be tr00 and make one out of batteries!Awesome Sepultura style!
