I've never used EZ Drummer Drumkit From Hell for programming, but the drum samples are great and there are many 'pre written' written grooves/blasts and fills for the exact purpose you are wanting them for.  :)

Maybe read a bit more about that program ;-)

Hey, soundofbeast.... learn to program a drum machine and stop complaining.
(really.... then you can write beats that actually fit your guitar ideas rather than having to adapt them to what ever drum tracks you are hoping to get provided with)

I know his brother, Matt Chequer now plays drums for Little Birdy and the guitarist Fergus, was fill in for Eskimoe Joe. He he, funny to think they used to shed it up at parties playing Sepultura and Pantera covers.

It's all about moolah, Malcolm Clark plays drums for The Sleepy(read shitty) Jackson but used to play death metal in local dives
I saw him drinking at a gig at the Bakery once and we spoke about Smashed. They were great! I remember doing a few gigs with them in '95 and remember Malcolm as a fucking quick drummer! Funny how he could end up in The Sleepy Jackson.... I got the impression he does want to make money out of doing what he loves and you can't really do that in deathmetal band.

#2.

You were (ARE!) still the best band in Perth, though.
Maybe when SVRT666 returns to Perth, we can tie him up and poke him with prongs and record the sounds for the unreleased HxBxH album (Erections of Mass Destruction) that's sitting on my hardrive....  Screamy-seagull Grrrrraaaaaaw!  :D

Wasn't someone working on a Perth metal/heavy music "Family Tree" at one point a year or two ago? I was emailed about Maxi and some other bands I was in to ask for excat references to which other bands everyone had been in.

Would love to see the tree,..... it would be crazy (and awesome to read!)

Dane's a bassist, dude.... from Void  ;)

Putting on a fundraiser that most people would support, with no metal bands, on a night that other metal bands are playing elsewhere, with only 2 bands?
Not really... it's a trick you see, because SUFFER are better than ANY of the metal bands that are playing at the moment....
See... Clever!  ;)

I marked my account for deletion which shows the level of unproffesionality of this website, was going to re create an account just for this post but obviously didnt need to.

1. voId
2. Nails of Imposition
What, so you don't like the website's "unproffesionality" to the point that you wanted to cease involvement, yet you still want to make your opinons heard on it? Curious...
And are you voting for Void as #1 band (or am I confused... there's a band called "VOLD"?)?? What the hell is the point in that other than showing off that you are "amazing broadminded musician who listens to jazz"... Whoa, talk about thinking outside the box!!

I'm just taking my votes man, calm down...

Yeah I was talking about void, there the number one thing coming out of Perth atm at least in my mind anyways.

Peace.
Well, maybe I got a bit excited... I would have no problem agreeing with you that Void are nothing but excellent! Fizzo is probably the best young drummer in Perth, flat out... I know for a fact he does not dig metal at all though, so I don't think he will be rushing to pick up a trophy at the awards night  ;)
I just thought that the Western Front awards were for bands generally based in the "metal" style. But, I'll add The Order of the Black Werewolf to my vote then please, because they are fucking kick arse!!

Meshuggah made all the other metal bands piss. They certainly made it clear that they are the most crushingly heavy band on the planet in my opinion.

???
They were the most muffled band on the planet, more like. That's 2 times they've left me with the feeling they are a "CD only band". Although, that's probably not their fault... it's who ever was behind the desk.

71
^ Exactly!

If people still feel threatened by this gig I think we need to make a rule that if there any gigs on with bands that use distortion pedals on their guitars that conflict with ANY METAL GIGS.... we need to crush them with a MIGHTY IRON FIST! Raaaagh!!   :P

So, who else is coming to the RTR fund raiser, then?  :D

Haha, yeah Darrren... I totally agree. What where they thinking. I can imagine their parents all patting them on the backs going "I'm so glad you're using the TALENT that GOD gave you!"

While I was trying to find the band, I found some pleas they'd made complaining about the "misuse" of their video, and describing them as 'unauthorised edits' etc. as if to imply there is somehow a plausible, GOOD version of the song out there.... hahaha. Sorry, but no cigar!!
