Gday!

Lots of us know this program and i know how to use it just im having some trouble with it!
Ive copied this program onto my girlfriends laptop (after a mate did, then i deleted it) from my hard drive because my laptop is a piece of shite (hers is brand new). Ive noticed that the time signature (4/4) that pops up at the beginning of the new score seems to be missing and that my existing songs have no time signatures showing as well. the only way to find out what time signatures are on the specific bar is when i click on it to find out. My laptop shows it no probs but the new laptop doesn't!
Please gimme some info on how to rectify this as its driving me absolute batshit!

68 sweaty dudes and dudettes will sell out this place!
Then go to nicks place for some goddamn good kebabs.
Then head on down to the clink for some hot drunken milf action.
Or get chased out of town by the 'metro's' folk.

The Frontline / Re: Decline?
« on: February 25, 2010, 04:30:30 PM »
Ive said it before and ill say it again...
Ive been to shithole 'clubs' like you wouldnt believe and seen some great bands like rotten sound, immoltation, at the gates, napalm death, hateplow and ratos de porao to name a few make a great show regardless of venue.

The castle seems to cop a lot of flak every few months. this argument will no doubt die in the ass and be resurrected once again in another shape.

As for the metal scene its going great in my opinion. the fact that venues support metal on a regular basis and dont think twice about putting one on is GREAT! want a power metal band? goddamn it form one!! too much death metal? tough shit! not enough maxi p for ya? well where are they coz id like to see 'em too! for a small city we have a HEALTHY scene and there are plenty of bands. sure the crowds arent always there but what do you expect to play to 300ppl every now and then? get over it. itd be nice but it aint gonna happen unless your a band who shows that your worth spending money on. until then write write write practice practice practice promote promote promote gig gig gig......but everyone already knows this haha

I saw it a while back and i thought it was great, not because i believed everything in it but it made for good, thought provoking t.v..
The 9/11 attacks breakdown was some of the most compelling shit ive ever seen, and given the 'evidence' from the attacks i see it more plausible than what the media or goverment was telling us. Therefore im sold. That, plus i love a good conspiracy theory :D
Also 'The Venus Project' is a fucking cool alternative to living life in another way, sure it'll probably never happen but what if it did? hm? think about it......

Can you pull DFC off (!!) the thread please Aleksi.

Buy VaderCabinets.
Trust me Dan, these cabs destroy. You dont want a cab that breaks up and farts when pushed.

Sound Advice / Another Home Studio Thread!
« on: November 21, 2009, 05:40:50 PM »
Fellow WF-ers..
Let me know what equipment i need to build a home studio for about 5K.
this is purely for making decent sounding demo's/recordings. Im about to soundproof my spare room which is 4m x 3m with foam until i get a dead sound then start to buy recording equipment (mics,cables,software,hardware,pc,monitors).. im not a tech-head when it comes to this but im willing to give it a go in order to satisfy my materialistic self and churn out some ideas!
Cheers

e z digital (perth) are good, they're prices are reasonable as well. they were cheaper than melbourne. we paid $820 for 500 cd sleeves and shrinkwrap. it helps when you have a good graphic designer because they came out great.
good luck

There's a hippy-looking guy in Freo Market's that can do tough spray on tattoos.
There's some flash on his wall that has "BOING!" in english script.
Screw HR Giger....... Boing is where it's at.

haha cheers :)

Where in Perth can i find a decent tatooist who can do great h.r giger biomechanics artwork on my skinny limb? artwork must be seen to believe and price is not an issue as id rather pay more for someone who can replicate this master of surrealism.

Some shameless promotion on our behalf ;D

We're featured as band of the week on a myspace page dedicated to Australian Metal.
Each week there's a band thats selected from the Oz metal scene and we're honoured to be chosen as this weeks band as this gets our name further interstate.
