Well, the two of us had been planning a 9 month trip around Europe :p

I was thinking about doing Death Feast, infact would still like to but realistically the way things are looking i wouldn't be able to take any unpaid leave. So now i am left with
Tuska and Metalcamp as i have found out i have bugger all leave for next year.

so I am left to celebrate our birthdays by myself?

I spent 3 years saving and I sold my car before going, but I was planning a two year working stint. I went away with about $13 000, and after 3 months backpacking I still had $7 500 in the bank. I ended up doing 5 festivals so its possible to do it relatively cheap!

Now if only i still had that money now....
Tip: dont come to England, Aussie to Pound conversion is fucking shite

im a definite for next year! Also planning a to go through Spain, Portugal and Morocco a month before metal camp, or maybe in between a few festivals for a few weeks. I guess it depends on the line ups. Those keen to come with, let me know!
