JB Hifi do have some of their stuff

Indeed, you should be able to find with relative ease the Re issue's of their debut "Mayhemic Destruction" & also their sophomore album "Face of Despair" . Both contain extended liner notes as well as bonus tracks etc.

MAYHEMIC!!  DE! - STRUC! - TION!

I love most of it especially the bands bringing something new to it:
Evile, Warbringer, Havok, Children, Rumplestillskin Grinder, Municpal Waste, Lazarus AD...

Gama Bomb, Bonded by Blood, Mantic Ritual etc aren't exactely the most original but are still a ton of fun   :headbang:

I would say it depends on the particular song. Whether it suits the electronic genre as far as song style and content is concerned.

I guess metal can be at times the furtherest thing from electronic as you could get, but there would be some songs that maybe dont quite cut it as a decent metal songs structure wise, that could work well as electronic.
2cents

Dub step & hardcore/metalcore seem a logical fusion to me...

Gehngis Tron do a pretty good job of putting electronic & metal together

Psychonaut: Apart from being on too early they played a solid set, bass was phat. New song ?Thrash Metal Zombies? was cool & a little different \m/

Malignant Monster: Great as always, Cain is possessed & did great with the 100mm x 100mm square of stage he had to work with. Also great to see the return to stage of the bass warrior Sandstrom!!

Exodus: Were Thrashtastic, as Metal Steve said mix was great. Lighting was non existent? WTF was with that??
Cool to finally hear Toxic Waltz live & although the new songs are pretty good, more vintage material would have been better :D

I was flicking through the local rag today, Saw that the council has rejected Soundwaves application to use Bassendean Oval.

Apparently the WAFL has had a cry about their oval being severely damaged by the festival  >:(

So where now ?  : /
