I'd have to nominate Rockingham for it's sheer lameness. The shopping centre is shit and looks more run down than a hit & run victim; Port Kennedy is a massive crater in which people began to mass and live; and the cinema is pathetic. Plus, the PK krew, Safety Bay Boyz and 6169 Pryde are three of the lamest gangs (of 15 year olds, mind you) ever conceived.

I was going to nominate Henderson, but then i went for a drive today and realised just how haggard the place is.

Hahaahah, interesting thread.

I'm living in St James/Bentley with a mate, and it's pretty fucking shitty. I have aboriginals two houses down who wander around everywhere, and always sit out the front drinking. We've also had them walking around our yard and hanging around our house in general.

In a period of 3 months or less our burglar alarm has been set off four times. Including twice in one week. They have never actually got in, though. Touch wood they've given up.

I have friends in this suburb, and 3 seperate houses have been broken in to in the last 12 months

I was actually going to nominate Bentley. Lived in Bentley for a while a few years back, on Queen St right near the Albany highway. Had a fucking blast living with my mates. Parties 3 or 4 times a week without fail. Burnouts became a regular thing. In fact, if you drive down Queen St, right out the front of the Bentley Business centre is still remnants of my Commy. Pity the bastards knocked the house down when we had finished with it (and the one next door). now stands apartments or some shit. Anyway, as far as shitness goes, we had natives break in several times. Man, the stories I could tell. The worst was when a dude was ripping up the footpath ready to lay new concrete down when 2 coons (and I use that word to its fullest) somehow managed to steal his pick axe - and hit him in the HEAD with it. This was about 50m from our front door and we were inside getting shitfaced, none the wiser to what was going on til we went outside and saw ambulances, police, news crew and the likes covering our now blocked off street. Coincidentally that week we decided to move....to Carlisle  :-/

Ahah I've been through there, it's not shitty at all, really :/. Not compared to some of the reallly bad areas. Only when you compare it to Connolly/Ocean Reef/Iluka etc.

Koondoola is pretty shitty.  Wilson and Bentley is pretty shitty.  Beldon is pretty pigly too.

Lockridge was the pits until it was rezoned and they chucked out the boongs.

Armadale and Kelmscott are in my book as bad as it gets.



Is it just me, or is there a direct correlation to the shittiness of a suburb and the number of "non-reflectives" in it?

Kwinana is pretty fucking bad/holeish.

But I've never stepped one foot out of a vehicle in Kwinana. Fuck that...I'm way too pretty. :P

Of all the places I've physically been, Rockingham/Safety Bay/Warnbro/Port Kennedy takes the cake.

Also Anthony, I was not aware of any of those gangs! I only know about the BMX Bandits and I've heard vague reference to some kind of 'general' Rockingham gang...I'd assume they don't have a particular niche...just generic thuggery.

Whenever I mention Padbury though, a lot of people say they've heard it to be a bad place... apparently there's gangs that hunt down people at night or some kinda crazy. I've walked home by myself from the traino and from mate's places very late at night/early morn and have never had a problem.
Did hear that the guy across the road got chased by a group of guys with a machete though... that's kinda freaky! Although it was probably just for show...
