Evil Butterfly, Malaga is an industrial estate, nobody lives there to make it suck.  I reckon Malaga is a top area.

Man, any suburb can be a bad one on the wrong night.  I've been to Redfern in Sydney on Friday night and nobody hassled me, but then I've been gangbashed in the middle of Morley shopping precinct during shopping hours.  It is all relative.  It is the dudes like Dave who live in a suburb and hate it for good reason that I listen to on this, not people like Evil Butterfly who defame a whole area cos of a bunch of tonedeaf gimps outside a maccas.

My votes are with Midland, Armadale and Koondoola.

For the record, it wasn't maccas I worked at, and there was a school down the road filled with girls and guys who will grow up to do similar things with their cars... just because people don't live there doesn't mean they don't "hang" there and cause trouble...

I wouldn't say it's "Perth's shittest suburb" but it's got its fair share of questionable people...

1. Cullacarbardee (Because I know for a fact, a few cabbies I've spoken to won't go there)

2. Koon-dole-a (Sorry, did I mis-spell that  ;) the name says it all, it's a recipe for disaster when you have Aboriginals in with Africans

3. Stratton ( The police have a lot of trouble there)


For the record, St James is doing OK now, since they've started to privatise the Homes West houses, especially along Berwick St, the crime at my end of St James is virtually nil.

Kwinana is pretty dodgy, I was going to say Kwinana but literally as I was deciding, a cop chopper came over for the 5th time that week. Plus, the further south or east you head in Rockingham, the worse it gets.

I live in Old rockingham on Kent street The area is getting heaps better as property value goes up. our house is worth 600 000, and our block isn't one of the biggest here! Its slowly pushing out all the scum cos they can't afford to rent here anymore.  I lived in medina for a whole month i couldn't stand it every night burn-outs out the front of my house, tree's being torched, people yelling and screaming, and there was this strange one armed guy across the street who sat in a deck chair out the front of his house at 6 am EVERY morning drinkin a carton. he was there when i left for work at 6 am when i got back at 6 pm he was still out there drinking,

I heard leda is even worse  :o good ol kwinny hey :P

today i was waiting for a bus at kelmscott station,and these little 9 year old coons started throwing massive rocks and swearing at this guy for some unknown reason.
then he chased them and they jumped over the tracks off the train station and started throwing them from behind the fence for about 10 minutes,then pissed off.
they came back about 5 minutes later and caught the train to armadale.
in short,armadale is a fucking human cesspit.

I pass through Kwinana every week or so, and it is pretty fucking dodgy. I try to avoid the shops there as well, seems a lot of the scum congregate there.

WTF the fuck is with gimps congregating outside McDonalds stores?

Yeah, i live near Oats St (GOAT's St ha ha) and you get some awesome trash around here [Belmont Forum ha ha!!] My housemate had petrol syphoned outta his car one night... and Ive even noticed my own window is gradually losing its flyscreen in a sus manner... Awesome !!

There are a lot of places around Kwinana and Rockingham that are really nice though. I went to a party in Wellard which is an offshoot of Kwinana and it was really fucking nice. I also went to a party in Baldivis and that seemed very respectable too.

I've noticed that some of the places with really bad reps appear to actually be quite nice areas. I've only recently been to Rockingham and Armadale for the first time and aesthetically, they appear to be very nice suburbs.

yeh i always thought rockingham was for rich cunts,at least the new coastal 2 storey houses.
armadale has good bits,but the other half (homeswest houses) is fucking trash.
my nan lives in beeliar/wellard or something,and its really nice.
the only thing that comes to mind when i think of kwinana is the onshore/offshore factories and the amount of fucking smoke.

Yeah Wellard is full of flashy houses, and a generally nice atmosphere its pretty far out from all the trouble, as for baldivis it depends where you are, like most areas theres a higher and lower class area, but its quiet down there to say the least. Rockingham is definetly getting better. since they have been budget building in warnbro and port kennedy the crime rate has increased down there over the last few years. As for general living, Warnbro and PK don't have a huge population of desbos just the ones that drift through and want to start shit, or the try hard I'm a hard wigger cunt (but i have really lived a sheltered, well raised life and just wanna have the persona i'm a hard cunt)
