If this really shits you Brutal, register your songs with apra & ask them to get in & fight for you.
APRA is free & collect the the $ from radio stations every time you are played. You also get a payment for every gig you play. @ the end of the financial year they just divi up the money made & disperse it to ea members bank account.
This helps pay past band members who have written songs & legally deserve credit for them. Ea song has it's own listing so past members get paid when their material is played & current members get paid for their contribution of new songs.
Stops legal hassles down the track if you make it big hahaha.

LET EM GO FOR IT I SAY. PEOPLE HAVE BEEN BOOTLEGGING OR STUFF FOR YEARS NOW (OLD PAGAN,DYBBUK DEMOS ETC.), AND IT'S NOT LIKE WE MAKE MUCH PROFIT FROM THIS EITHER WAY. TRYING TO FOLLOW UP EVERY PIRATE ON THE NET IS THE MOST EFFICIENT WAY TO WASTE TIME, THE NERD ARMY IS SURLEY ON THE RISE....
Ah but the point he is trying to make is other people shouldn't be profitting from bands hard work. I mean it would be like if someone went to some festivals in Europe and filmed some bootleg footage of bands and then tried to sell it to metalheads here, right Brutal?
.. oh wait..   :cunning:

Update on Allmuzz.com

After a few e-mails, they have removed our album from their system. Some checky fuck even added the song from the Terrorizer CD. I suggest other bands who found their material on this site should e-mail the support team to have your stuff removed.

Alot of people have villified Metallica for this. But really copying or downloading music without paying for it robs the artist of any income(unless they are Squatched by an Atrocity.  :raspberry:) In Metallicas case money isn't the issue. It's the principal.

Lars thinks he's the "principal" of the Internet.

Metallica seem to forget the only way they got popular in the early 80s was bootleg tape trading.

An orgasm is what I need.
Your blood is spilling, the sight is thrilling.
To cum I need to see you bleed.

say what you want about donwloading being bad, but 90% of the cds i own, i downloaded first. a lot of bands wouldn't even be known if it wasnt for downloading
