Apart from Mike Patton and the band Tool, Devin Townsend is the most hyper-overated musician in music/rock/metal history.

got my Cd too, i fuckn asked them if they were gonna do any personal shit (the enclosed note) and they said no.
now i got a personal note that's not so personal coz the ebay account was under a different name.

Every time you order something from Hevy Devy they pop in a little hand written thankyou note.
I don't think Dev writes them.

This album is really something. Its a lot like his older stuff, more mellow (except the odd death metal vocals over acoustic guitars), and more layered and detailed, so you're always discovering new things in songs each time you listen to them. I've also had the chorus to 'Gato' stuck in my head all day.

I'll pay that, except at least Devin did have one good album (SYL - City), unlike the others.
