In case you hadn't heard Metallica is being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on Saturday (April 4) and will have all sorts of people from metallica's past there including having Jason come back and play with them.... Now all they have to do is get Mustaine to kick Kirk out!

Despite the date, this is true, it was on 96 fm's rock report a few days back. Had to do with James seeing Blondies induction where they were still feuding and he didn't want that.

Blabbermouth has it that only Jason will be performing with Metallica and not Rob.

I'm certainly looking forward to seeing this performance. Anyone know if it will be on Foxtel? Who's got Foxtel?

Mustaine was invited but declined to attend, reckons his too busy due to tour windup (Yet the last date of the tour was 31st of march)

He co-wrote 3 songs in the 15 years he was with Metallica. Blackened, Where the Wild Things Are and My Friend of Misery.

hahaha... nice. I love Metallica - thats fairly obvious, but Cliff is also one of the greatest metal players in history in my mind, dead or not. Im taking the glass half full approach to your post, because I tend to somewhat agree with you (not about Cliff being dead of course).
