Menza was back playing drums with Dave once TSHF was recorded and they were preparing to tour. Unfortunatly he didn't last more than 3 weeks through rehearsals and he had to leave, couldn't play the material anymore due to fitness issues, and issues between Dave and Himself flared up again.
Marty will never come back, his too busy being a pop star in Japan and doesnt enjoy playing metal anymore.
cause hes a musician and there are too many syles he wants to play. Alex Skolnick of Testament did the same thing metal didn't challenge him anymore
UPDATE FROM CHRIS BRODERICK
He writes, I can't believe the way the whole thing came together. It has a unique and original sound that I don't think could have come together with any other group of people. From Dave [Mustaine?s] snarling vocals, to James [Lomenzo?s] huge bass sound and Shawn [Drover?s] dead accurate drumming, it is just relentless, and with Andy [Sneap] producing, it focused the sound and direction of the CD."
He adds, "I feel lucky to be a part of it. For one thing it definitely did was make me expand and play in different styles. I can't wait for the release and I hope all of you find something in it you like."
Broderick also writes about a chance meeting between him and Grammy-award winning guitarist Scott Tennant. He writes, "Now that I have had a minute to breath after finishing the CD, I wanted to tell you guys about the opportunity I had to meet one of my favorite guitarists, Grammy award winner Scott Tennant. If you like classical guitar you should give this guy a listen either solo or with the Los Angeles Guitar Quartet which he performs with regularly. My sneaky girlfriend told me she wanted to take me out to dinner but wouldn?t tell me where so I went along with it just thinking she was going to take me to a special restaurant."
He goes on, "Well when we got there we walked up to the front door and she stopped and said to what I thought at the time was a complete stranger ?Your already here? and at that moment I was thinking what is going on because I didn?t recognize him. She then introduced me to Scott and I was taken back and could think of nothing to say Ahahaha. Through the course of dinner though, we started to talk guitar, and now I think we are going to get together and Jam? Should be fun!"
Megadeth?s latest album was produced by previous collaborator Andy Sneap.
