I don't want to know about it. I thought Borat was shit. Bruno must have paid a lot of money to the media to support him. I feel like it's being forced on me. It's every fucking where. FUCK YOU BORAT!!!! FUCK YOU BRUNO!!!!

I feel a little bit better now.

I enjoyed Borat, so hopefully I will enjoy Bruno. Childish stupid humour, taking the piss out of dumb Americans.

The Ali G show was great back in the day before they dumbed it down for the American audiences and then the Borat thing took off...and sadly, he has never looked back.

During the naked wrestling/chasing through the hotel scene I was falling out of my chair laughing, don't normally laugh that much to anything, Borat is one fucking funny character. But Bruno wasn't as entertaining on the tv show so I guess it could go either way.
...and on the other a soldier with a bullet wound in his lower belly and his sphincter shot away so that his faeces are leaking out. The smell of excrement mingles with that of the scorching flesh of the corpses being burned in the distance.

I wasn't a fan of Ali G, in fact i thought it was to close to reality. But i thought Borat was fucking awesome, the way he exposed America's 'flaws' and Bruno is looking to be funny aswell.

He was doing Bruno and Borat in the times of Ali G anyway.

And even I liked Ali G when it first started in England.
My hands are choking, my knife is broken.
An orgasm is what I need.
Your blood is spilling, the sight is thrilling.
To cum I need to see you bleed.

The tried-and-true way to ruin a TV character - give him a full-length movie.  :err:

Yeah, it's a laugh, little more. Anything that pokes fun at America (although it's not particularly hard to do) is amusing in my books. I talk with a lot of them online, and their general arrogance and ignorance is so bloody annoying.

Same, that scene was so bad it was impossible to look away  :P

How can it be that Gordon Ramsay makes a few out of place comments on tv and the media has a field day over it and basically rips into him saying he's sexist and insensitive.

Borat makes a movie full of sexist, biased comments on unsuspecting victims and it gets glorified on the big screen in Hollywood and dvd's and the media supports him. What is up with that?

Yes, I know Borat is acting but the actions aren't really that different are they? The biggest difference I see is that Gordon Ramsay didn't pay the media beforehand.

I absolutely resent being told via billboards, buses, taxis, ninemsn, television etc. "You loved him as Borat". Don't I decide that for myself? Well, the fact is I didn't.

Some people I spoke to about this think I'm over reacting but I refuse to be conditioned by this bullshit. There is a revolution coming.

did any one see the interview in australia today  so good

Bruno might have a crush on Prime Minister Kevin Rudd, but Australian men in general don't impress him.
Comedian Sacha Baron Cohen's alter ego, gay Austrian fashionista Bruno, is in Australia for the premiere of his self-titled movie in Sydney on Monday night.

Facing the media in a schoolboy's uniform on Monday morning, Bruno gave the PM top marks.

"The reason I'm late is I just had breakfast in bed with Kevin Rudd. That guy is like, uber cute," Bruno said.

"I thought Obama was like the hottest guy in the world until I met Kevin.

"I did to him last night what Malcolm Turnbull has been trying to do to him for the last couple of weeks."

But he said Australian men's style left him feeling a little flat.

"To be honest I'm a little bit disappointed because I know 150 years ago Britain sent all their gay guys over here, so ich expected a little bit more flair," he said.

One other Aussie celebrity did impress Bruno.

"One guy who does dress well is Keith Urban," he said.

"I love him but I prefer him without the beard. What's her name, Nicole?"

Just seems like rehashing the same style 'jokes' under the guise of a different character for movie dollars. I think he's better off playing different random characters in other movies these days i.e. Talladega Nights
