Heyyy ahh Roland my main man, you reckon you could post up the playing times or something for us. Cant wait to play this debut gig i'm sure in for a fun night! Although I hear theres now a hole in the stage at the Castle, anyone know anything about that?

Looking forward to seeing you all afterwards for a beer or two, catching up and enjoying all the other bands! Hope to hear some material from Neverborns latest album...

Yeah, although it's been covered over with carpet. Haven't seen anyone have any trouble with it yet.

Also definately didnt mind sitting in on your band rehearsals too aswell Lord Havoc id say that supremo chunk bass tone compliments the atmosphere of the band. Sucks though that Nutbags Axis Pedals (tm) malfunctioned halfway through one of the songs I was rather enjoying it! Off to tune my drum kit now its going to sound absolutely amazing for tonights performance... Good luck to all the other bands with their warm up routines and especially the final performance

Big thanks to everyone who turned up tonight, you helped make it a very successful show. Over 100 people rocked up and rocked out! Thanks to the bands, Khariot, Sins, Neverborn and Psychonaut, excellent show. Thanks to Mark for putting me on the spot. Took me a while to remember the words, but it was the funkiest Monty Python song I've ever had the pleasure of singing!

Khariot didn't disappoint! Heard nothing but good about them from the people I talked with. They definitly lived up to the "Best in the West" tag

As mentioned several times already, this gig was fundraising for a Perth metal compilation album. The profit made from tonight is being set aside and will go towards the production costs. Next month's gig will be the same, and possibly October as well.

To be honest, I was going a bit hard, stepped on the wrong pedal and loaded the wrong bank of sounds. It was taking me too much time to find the right chorous sound and I thought "fuck it, it's the last song anyway, so I'll just ditch the second keyboard for this bit and make a prick of myself up front."

It happens.

And now I think I am going to go and be violently ill.

Actually Rowland hasn't needed much of my help with his gigs. He's been doing pretty well. I just need to take the posters off him before he publishes them and do my photoshop addict thing a lil to make them look that lil bit cooler XD Wouldn't have had to do much with this one though.
From the few bits a got to see while collecting glasses and from the screen above the bar it looked like all the bands were kicking so much ass up there they deserve a medal or something! I only heard good things from those chatting at the bar. I think Leroy did an awesome job from the tech desk too like always. ha ha. love ya work man.

its great to play again, and i must say its either the nervousness, but fuck there were alot of people standing in front of me when those curtains opened!!!

the bands all played killer sets!
