The band wanted Alarum for support because they like them and know them personally, but apparently the promoter has his own ideas about support bands

sorry to burst everyones bubble but this date, or an entire australian cynic tour, isnt actually confirmed.

According to the promoter of the Screamfest show, the band posted some 'wishlist' dates on their site without any venue or management confirmation. Obviously these dates got re-posted by people on other sites, like last fm.

So i wouldnt get your hopes up Just yet.
