COPYRIGHT COUNCIL SEMINAR
Ian McDonald from the Copyright Council will be presenting a seminar examining some of the recent copyright issues and how they relate the Australian music Industry. Ian will discuss issues such as:
* how the internet is shaping copyright;
* emerging business models for music in an online environment;
* licensing models such as Creative Commons;
* use of music in User Generated Content;
* legal and practical responses to file-sharing; and
* discussions concerning the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement.
