He could hit harder definitely, however that said, he was hitting harder than most drummers @ that speed. Time will tell.

It was the first song, of course he came out hard but he faded quickly.

He was by far the softest hitter of the night, although on the night's standard there's no shame in that..

^ Would have been good if Black Bettys realised it was a gig that was on and not their normal shitty club nights and didn't keep a massive queue outside so I could've got in in time to see them.  >:(

True that. However, I didn't expect there to be a half hour difference from me getting into Perth to getting inside the door.

All that I did see was great, Origin were insane, but Psycroptic took the cake for me - something about the Haley bros playing style just does it for me, mesh so well and tight, and sound good no matter where they play. Decapitated didn't seem to have the impact as previous times I'd seen them but I think a lot of it was down to the style of stuff they had to play after.

Pretty big fuck up. Doors 8 to doors 8.40? and then their scanning/id system was a joke...one person at a time?? fucking stupid. How about open the doors at 8 and everyone wouldve got in at 8.30...

That said I only missed the first and a half songs of misery index but fuck waiting in the line for 45minutes

Oh yeah and I agree the sound up the front for Origin was terrible. Maybe everyone shouldve just stood up the back
