I eat kangaroo on average once a month. Usually roast, sometimes steak. I love the shit, and so do my kids. Can be a bit tricky to cook the first time, but once you got it sussed, its pretty easy. The last time I ate rabbit I was about 6 or 7 and cant remember what it tastes like, but I do remember distinctly the sound that the shotgun pellets make when you spit them out onto your plate. I found a butcher here in Gero that sells rabbit, quail, crocodile steaks and all that cool shit. Croc is expensive, but its something I have always wanted to try. Might have to splurge the $40 for a steak one day and have a crack (about 500gm).
