Every so often, a local band will crank out a tune so awesome that even punters who wouldnt normally see the band inexplicably end up knowing the song.

i don't know half of these songs- either i am super out of touch, or this is kind of becoming "my favourite songs"?

i guess voyager would have the most catchy/memorable hooks, choruses, sequences etc...

that's my vote for stuff with genuine broad/cross-over appeal

to be fair though, maxi p- grand guignol. there's your winner. i can't step back far enough to tell if it's just memorable to grind fans or not, but if there were more songs like that, there would be no war.

that's only 4, so i'll give my spare vote to someone who went over.
