Hahaha typical. The first international gig I'll miss because I'll be in Europe. It was bound to happen.

Saw Testament last year at Wacken and they killed, even at 2pm in the afternoon or whatever it was. This show should be killer.

I asked them in Japan if they were coming to australia anytime soon/perth and they said around July...good to know they weren't bullshitting!
THIS WILL BE AWESOME (unless it gets canned)
Vagrancy wasn't it? That's gonna look real good on his grave stone in Arlington: Here lies John Rambo, winner of the Congressional Medal of Honor, survivor of countless incursions behind enemy lines. Killed for vagrancy in Jerkwater, USA.

It's interesting. The only info I can find on this tour is on the Moshtix website, and it's only for the Perth show. There is nothing on the other cities, not even on Testament's official website.

Touring Company site. Doesnt have any information about the tour but a playlist packed full of Testament..
Maybe the tickets had to go on sale before an offical announcement because of the Time Frame?

*Fingers Crossed*

Edit: Found a few more bits of info for speculation:
http://www.testamentlegions.com/tour-v5.htm - Testament current tour lisitng (dates are open but  :hmm:)
http://www.metalunderground.com/news/details.cfm?newsid=36815 - "Tour annoucement"  -metal underground
http://www.amplifiercapitol.com.au/upcoming - Amplifier gig calendar - No Testament but the proposed date is free.

Nothing solid.. may hold back on purchasing until its set in stone.

Moshtix did this last year - the Mayhem dates briefly appeared on their site, and this was long after the original tour was cancelled. I got all excited but then there was no news and it disappeared again.

Something strange going on here. Firstly, the tickets are on sale before any formal announcement. This is just bizarre. Secondly, there are no other cities which have tickets on sale.
And third and perhaps most importantly, there is an extremely small gap between their American and Canadian tours which this supposed tour will be conducted in.

i reckon they are waiting to see how many tickets they sell before announcing perth show?? we need to put our money where our mouth is and buy tickets i think?? i bought a ticket the last time they were scheduled to play perth, and i heard poor promo was to blame because they ended up with about 10 tickets sold so thats why they cancelled?? either way, there are many people who want to see testament in perth, lets all get tickets to show them we want them here?? at the end of the day, you can always get a refund if it goes to shit. but why wait and let another band skip perth show?? my 2 cents anyways. fingers crossed they come to perth coz ive been hanging out to see them live and missed out over east last time.!!

i haven't really followed this band post "Practice What You Preach' but if they still play the classics from this album in their set then i'll be there, one of my favourite albums of the late 80's thrash era.

If poor promo was the problem last time I fail to see how this approach is better?  ???

Buuut I guess I'll buy a ticket again and hopefully it happens this time around.
