pretty sure no-one here gives a fuck, but it was an awesome 7 game finals series. Lakers won their 16th title, Kobe's 5th (Derek Fisher's 5th too). Kobe wins one more title and he has a legit claim to being as good as Jordan. Phil Jackon, the Lakers coach apparently wins championships in sets of 3. His first 3peat with the Bulls in 91-93, his second in 96-98, his 3rd with the Shaq/Kobe Lakers in 01-03. He now has 2 in a row again... one more to get his 12th title (most in history by coach or player) and 4th 3peat. As soon as they won the ring last season I predicted a 3peat. I was right. Im gunna say it right now.... they will win it all again next season. Celtics will fold up... they wont even be a serious contender next season.
Its all dependant on where LeBron, Wade, Bosh, Johnson and a whole host of other free agents decide to sign as to who the Lakers will play in next seasons finals. The Lakers team is already set as it is - no-one comes off contract apart from Phil Jackson, who pretty much promised earlier this season that if they win another ring he will stay.
