RIP Manute Bol

the big man died at age 47... not the greatest player, but a fun one to watch. Especially when he started lobbing up 3's late in games. Anyone that had anything to do with NBA in the 90's will remember him. He was more well known for being tall than anything else (as you can see, he didnt have to jump to touch the ring).

Apparently his name means "special blessing" & from these reports a very special person too - looks like he did a lot of humanitarian work. He is going to be missed not just by people in the sporting world. 7' 7' holy cow has anyone actually seen another human that tall?
