Hi Guys,

Remember Modus Vivendi??

A Progressive Metal band on the Perth Metal scene from 1998-2002, playing regular gigs with Voyager, Syzygy, Pathogen, Black Steel, Psychonaut...

Modus Vivendi is now on Facebook... access video footage (includes E.P launch gig at the Amplifier in 2001 - incl. a Dream Theater cover - "Pull me Under") Mp3's, live photos etc..

How's things mate?
I had actually recently been thinking about putting The Power of Suggestion forward for the Retro Reviews section.
Good to hear promo is still going... I know there is the Shadowplay stuff, but how about a MV reunion show

Could play at the so called Syzygy reunion that is meant to be happening (... Damo *nudge*)

For people that aren't familiar, Modus Vivendi were one of the best metal acts going around the Perth scene from the past 10 years in my opinion, so well worth checking out.

Thanks guys for the Comments.. great to know that there was this support and still a push to get us back together to play..

I'm living in Melbourne now, and have been for the past 5yrs - so may be difficult logistically.. but would never rule it out.

I would have to dust off the old seven string, and swap my acoustic though - but there's always a chance..

A country-rock cover band called Renegade, who Ive been working around town with for 2 years now. Really great players too.
