I'm going to hijack this thread and put it to good use.

A couple of weeks ago I came across this woman who messaged me on Myspace (http://www.myspace.com/540860787). Saying that I was rather cute and gorgeous(feel free to laugh:P)
and she wanted to get to know asking me to chat with her on Yahoo. I wasn't exactly looking for anyone but thought what the hell. See how it pans out. Anyway I got talking to her on yahoo(lindaonlyone4u@yahoo.com). She said she lived in California but was in Nigeria for business reasons. As we got to know each other I was begining to think I may have found my soulmate. But I was WRONG. It wasn't long before she asked me if I could help her out by sending money to her for food and to pay for her internet connection. Saying she would pay it back with interest. Thats when the alarm bells rang. So I started doing a google search on this person along with dating scams. This person is indeed a scam artist.

I have to put this up so noone else gets caught up in this kind of Scam. IMHO this is the lowest of the low. Also it's not just women who are used in these scams but guys as well.

i love the random bots that add you on msn, and usually they are pretty quick "hey, asl? wanna come watch me on cam?" etc etc. but i had one, and i talked to her for like 5 minutes, saying things like "r u sure ur not a bot?" and getting very human responces to everythign i asked, was finally convinced it was a human....and then bang! linked me to her cam site, i actually laughed at how well done it was.
