QUEENSLAND FLOOD RELIEF FUNDRAISER

Symphonic, Melodic Heavyweights Voyager will hit the stage at the Rosemount Hotel
Friday February 11th, along with local metal oufits Claim the Throne, Chaos Divine & Empires Laid Waste.
This impressive lineup will join forces to raise much needed funds for those affected by the recent Flood Disaster in Queensland.
Be there early to enjoy the best Metal Perth has to offer and support this very worthy cause.
All proceeds of this event will go to directly to the 'Premiers Flood Relief Charity'

Is the money going towards educating people on how to insure their houses properly? (ie. Teaching them to read). That's about the only thing I can see this money could be legitimately used for.

Despite the media frenzy it is still a good cause. That being said I'm disappointed that I haven't seen any donation appeals for the 600+ killed in the floods in Brazil.
