I thought I would 'shill' for Rob Lumsden and his new rehearsal/recording studios in Willeton.

Psychonaut rehearse there and so must you  ;)!

$60 per room.

$60..The quality and atmosphere is great.

Most jam rooms are trashed out these days and the owners don't seem to put money back into their businesses.
One place I know doesn't even have a light bulb in the dunny.  :err:
