They wont let you just get one more, unless you want to swap to a new set whilst a new single plate is made.

A new set is either $20ish, or free.

Ive had one of my personal plates stolen twice now. They advised me to make a police report, to avoid issues with speed cameras if whoever stole it decides to chuck it on and have some fun... which is exactly what happened the first time.

fucking scumbags. Dont they realize how much fucking around it involves for you, just for them to have a bit of "fun"? I would hate to lose one of my plates - 9 letter polycarbonate personalized plates cost a fucking fortune!

No shit. 5 minutes of fun for them is fucking hours in the licensing office for me. Yeah I phoned the cops also to make sure I didn't get busted for whatever they use it for (probably nothing) and also I got a reference number to use in case the cops pull me over before I get my plates replaced. Just wish I could of caught the cunts whilst they were doing it.
