hey guys,

Selling my VHT 2/90/2 poweramp.
This thing is a fucking monster. Only selling it because i won't be using my axe fx live much longer and i won't need it.
Its 110v and comes with stepdown transformer.
10/10 condition, has lived in a rackmount case

$1850 is a good price for this amp. I know because it is what I use in my rig right now. Fucking LOUD!!! If you run Kt90's in it you end up with easy 200watt of valve POWER. Yep 110watt PER SIDE. Thats the power of 2 standard valve heads  :headbang:
Hey man is it the older VHT or the newer FRYETTE model.
If it is the VHT ya don't need the stepdown, it has a multi tap transformer that requires 2 wires to be de-soldered & soldered together to make it 240volt, a replacement fan from Jaycar & a new fuse. I know because I have one as well as a pittbull UL that has been converted to 240volt.  ;)

Wow didn't know that man (its original VHT) i was actually contemplating calling Jim to see if he could tinker with it, but i'm not using for as long as i thought.

That is the newer model. Pretty sure it runs the same transformer though. AWESOME power amp. Even better when used with a VHT GP3 with the gain mod aye  :headbang: Someone should buy this QUICK. They will not regret it. If I did not have one already I would have bought this off of ya by now

Thanks for the info mate!
I turned this on at jam once and the volume was accidently at 3'oclock. Almost tore my face off. Its that loud!
