Syzygy 25 Year Anniversary Party

Don’t miss your chance to see one of Perth’s most unique progressive hard rock bands – SYZYGY – this year celebrating 25 years in the Perth music scene.
This very special, one-off reunion party brings good friends Dark Universe and long-time stage partners Psychonaut back together for a night of musical celebration.

Syzygy first performed their unique brand of (completely instrumental) progressive hard rock music way back in August of 1996. The 5pc lineup (consisting of guitars, bass drums and keyboards) then performed solidly in and around Perth for a further ten years. While Syzygy has not performed publicly for some time, the band has remained a core unit, writing and recording. The 25th anniversary show will be the first – and possibly last – time to catch Syzygy’s music perfomed live.

Dark Universe are a progressive metal powerhouse. Featuring the spellbinding vocal power of Donna Greene, inspirational guitar-playing from the legendary Jaime Page, and an all-star band including some of Perths most experienced players. Dark Universe presents an epic musical journey of light and shade.

The iconic Psychonaut have dominated the local scene, appearing alongside both local and international metal artists for twenty neck-breaking years. Their music is rooted in 80’s heavy metal, with a fun attitude and classic horror and sci-fi lyrical themes.
